Long Shot: Does anyone here live in Andover, Mass?

That’s the Seal for the Town of Andover on my roof, and the car was originally owned by them when it was new. I guess I’m just trying to see if there was someone willing to go to the government offices there to see if there’s any information to be dug up.

Oh, I read that totally wrong this morning when I woke up.

The fact that it didn’t come off is even more amazing when you read how it got those dents in the roof.

Cool. My best thought at first is to try to look up the 1961 town financials. They should be available as public record in the library or at the town clerk. Might even be online, but I doubt it.

I called the town today. Got bounced around departments until I got to the guy in charge of vehicles and left a message.
